I'm currently a Senior Vice President at Banc of California -- supporting Seed to Series B/C companies with Venture Debt and Technology banking solutions.

Previous to Banc of Cal, I was head of VC + Accelerator Partnerships @ Mercury, Head of Business Operations @ ideas42 Ventures, and Director of Latin America @ Silicon Valley Bank 🏦. I led seed stage fintech investments in Latin America @ Accion Venture Lab, and was a Business Fulbright Scholar in Mexico City  🇲🇽, focused on building the next generation of banking services, launching SaaS companies targeting the largest U.S. social issues, and debt financing in Latin America. 

Alongside full-time roles, I consult founders and teams on go-to-market strategy, partnerships, fundraising, and finance operations. My sweet spot is supporting companies at the crossroads of early-stage company building, financial technology, and GTM execution.

I've had a variety of investor and community roles as a former Venture Partner at Republic, advisor at Find Ventures, community board member of Modern Fertility, and as an angel investor in  10 companies in mobility, health, e-commerce, fintech, and climate tech 🌎. Though, I've currently been focusing my latest investing in real estate 🧱. 

Outside of work --  I love living in Baltimore, MD with my daughter, two pups 🐶 , and two cats 🐈.
